I've heard the arguments and it's just so much nonsense. You will hear "yeah and a thousand times before, people have said this is the last days".
What's different now? Well, point blank, every prophecy fulfilled where in the past they were not.
You see, people have (throughout history) thought they were following the signs and knew they were living on the last day of this world. The problem was, they were reading the wrong book, filling between the lines or just plain letting their imaginations run wild.
There has never before, been a time when all that the Bible said would be in place at the last days, was actually in place until now.
I am one of the first born of the last generation. Born in Jan of 1946. Israel came back into its own in 1948. The bible says the generation that sees the beginnings of these things shall also see the end. The beginning was Israel coming back into its own land and once again becoming a nation.
The jews were scattered throughout the world, after the death of Christ, for their unbelief. It was their punishment. The Lord said they would be persecuted and indeed they have been. He cast them out of their home land but due to a promise to Abraham, the day had to come when they would return. And so, it finally happened after almost 2000 years.
Those born after 1948 or were too young to understand, Israel was NOT. There was no such name as Israel, outside the Bible. Today, it exists and by a miracle. Right there, was the beginning of the signs of the true end of time. The clock has been ticking ever since.
As a child, I was told about the things that were to come and I couldn't understand how it could ever be. At the age of 8, I asked my mother, "Children killing their parents? How can that be?" "Fathers hating their own sons?" "People putting up with homosexuals?" "Mayhem in the streets?"
There was no possible way for me to understand how these things could come into being but I surely watched as they formed and came to be a part of life.
A whore was a whore. Today most of our high school students are whores but they don't call it that anymore.
A thief was a thief and just about everyone you come in contact with is a thief, these days, but it's overlooked-excused-UNDERSTOOD.
Black was black and white was white but today everything is gray and arguable.
The law was the law but today the law is a guideline, meerly acknowledged as something that can change to bend to ones will.
Attack comes onto our land and its starts an argument between the citizens instead of between this country and the enemy. A house divided?
There is nothing stable anymore. Nothing you can depend to remain the same tomorrow. No standards to live by. Chaos.
Go back into your history and tell me when that has happened in the past. Even if injustice, the law remained the law and people knew their place.
Today, we have the prophesied 'eye in the sky'. Today we have the prophesied 13 nations, slowly forming into the 10 nations. Today, we have the forming united one world church. Today, we have the forming one world government. Today, we have upstanding citizens applauding sin in public. Non of these things existed 50 years ago. These are the signs of the end times.

Which church is this? 2/3's of the world would disagree with Christianity as an answer?
"Today, we have the forming one world government."
Which government is this? Every other country and government will disagree with your answer.
This is kind of like sitting on an ant hill and denying ants exist.
You don't know what's happening around you because you can't see it. Therefore it doesn't exist.
I've slept. :) I realize how stupid I was being with that last comment so I'll call out the grandmother in me, this time.
There truly is a One World Church coming. It's already being formed but to those not involved in the church, this would be something very transparent-hardly noticeable.
It's something the Bible scholars have been waiting for, I'd say, a few hundred years. We know it's coming, by deduction of other events that will come about. Something drastic would have to happen and the explanation is a world government which will come via a world church.
I know....so little reaction because you think I'm nuts. Well, I'm not but....
I've known about this half my life and wondered when it would finally start peeking around the corner. In 1980, I heard the first comment from the first person that would push for a One World Church as being the solution to all the divisions. Then....nothing.....for several years before I heard it again.
There are those, within the (government of the church?), working toward a united church. All 'Christian' churches into one great authority.
People not involved in the church, or listening and waiting, wouldn't know this thing is beginning to happen. It is happening but it sure won't happen over night.
The One World Government, you can already see, you just don't understand what it is that's being pushed toward.
Where the government is, the money is. Think we'll never be spending the Euro? I doubt it will be called that, when the time comes but your first huge symptom that it has already happened without you knowing it, will be when our money system in the U.S. changes entirely.
It happened once, it sure can happen again. :)
When this happens, you will understand that it's not the U.S. any more, but just another state in the global unit. That's the One World government, which the Christian have been referring to as the One World Order.
When it truly becomes the One World Order, it will include both government and the 'church'.
In the meantime, the Christians will be coming out of that dictatorship, seperating themselves from it.
You will see it and not too far in the future.

At the age of 26, I totally agree.
"Which church is this? 2/3's of the world would disagree with Christianity as an answer?"
Coming back later, is a good thing. You notice things, you didn't originally notice. Such as this comment.
The writer is dwelling on Christianity and coming against it. The odd thing is, I'm not the one pushing the Christian church as the 'One World Church'-this guy is.
The One World Church will be a whole other animal from anything you've seen so far. Not Christian.
It will be a 'FAKE' church. But using the word 'church' will bring all faiths together.
We see this already happening: Muslim worship in the midst of Christians? The truth is, no Christian would be a party to such blasphemy.
"Which government is this? Every other country and government will disagree with your answer."
What is this guy talking about? The one world government is already in place, it just isn't calling itself that yet.
Even the U.S. finds itself having to answer to leaders of other countries. Why is that?
A country on the other side of the world, can do something and all other countries seem to think it's their own business. Pretty snoopy, don't you think?
Not even a country can tend to its own business without having to answer to the world and justify themselves.
You think that's not the makings of a one world government? One now calling itself the UN?
I stumbled upon you site. I'm open minded to all religions, for most have similar views and values. Getting down to your comments about one world government. I absolutely have to agree. I am studying in Homeland Security and analyze our infrastructure. The value of our dollar loses while the Euro gains. The US owes billions of dollars to other countries. We seem to appease other countries by not sticking to our guns, such as caving to Mexico with their illegal immigrant problems. We outsource many of our major corporations to other countries. We have slowly, but surely sold bits of our nation to the world. These are all signs that we are merging into a one world government.
I was in the military for many years and did serve two tours in Iraq. What is very interesting is how accommodating we have become to Muslims since the 9/11 attacks. I cherish life, my family, the mundane activity ever since deployments. It drives me nuts how I listen to the average American wine about such selfish and petty things and are complacent about the world around them. Now, I'm not particularly a religious person, but I do have faith in a higher power. Basically, it's a gathering of beliefs from several religions, but predominantely christain and catholic based religions. So, for as little as I know in this subject itself, I can base an opinion off of what I have observed in communities as I have come and gone and deployed. I do see great breakdowns in religion and faith as others move in and bring their beliefs into picture, attempting to destroy other faiths. I have mostly seen this with Muslims and Aetheists. Their large groups push for Political correctness and a banning of any reference to god in schools, including our pledge of allegiance. So, I would have lead myself to believe that since there is a push to breakdown christainity beliefs and references, there is also a secret push regain control by combining all christainity based religions. I hope I understood that part right. That was my interpretation.
At any point, it was a good read and certainly thought provoking.
These are things the aware Christian has been watching for, for many years. Personally, I was in my teens, when I became informed of what was coming and in what form. I'm now 62.
The battle truly is, a spiritual one. The devil against the Lord's children.
In these last days, the battle heats up. It becomes obvious, even to the untrained eye that something is amiss.
Some of us believe the Lord will come get us before it gets too bad, some of us believe we will witness a great deal of the things to come. Either way, the day is coming when Christians will again be beheaded for not denying Jesus.
What you see forming, is just a taste of what's coming.
